Grant Description and Eligibility
Community Fund Ohio is pleased to announce our new Emergency Grant Program for nonprofit organizations who serve Ohio residents with disabilities and whose operations and client services have been impacted by COVID-19.
All 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that serve people with disabilities in Ohio are eligible to apply, regardless of whether they have previously received a grant from Community Fund Ohio.
To be considered, completed applications with all supporting documents must be received by Community Fund Ohio by Monday, June 8, 2020.

How Grants are Funded
A person who establishes a Community Fund Master Trust or Pooled Medicaid Payback Trust has the option to leave trust assets remaining at the beneficiary’s death to Community Fund Ohio. Community Fund Ohio uses those funds to make grants to nonprofits that serve people with disabilities and for the benefit of Ohio residents with disabilities.
